Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Please note that we will not refund you for shipping costs, only the price of the products as the customer would be responsible for all original and return shipping fees.
Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received you refund yet, we encourage you to first contact your financial institution first, as the time that it takes for each bank to process refunds does vary.
