Here are the instructions for your Total Transformation Kit.
This kit features EVERY Jawzrsize resistance level for progressing quickly and maintaining results. Start with the Beginner Model and progress to the Elite. We recommend to start with Level 1 Blue it doesn't make a difference if it's too light for you. You need to use it for 30 days before moving on because these are 57 muscles that you have not been using. If you jump levels you can get injured.
The Total Transformation Kit contains:
-> Small Blue Pop N Go - Level 1 - 20lbs resistance
-> Large Blue Pop N Go - Level 1 - 20lbs resistance
-> Large Translucent Green - Level 2 - 30lbs resistance
-> Pop N Go Large Dark Green - Level 3 - 45lbs resistance
Just an example of the workout you can mix it up how you like is given below,
Week 1: 3-4 sets - 6-12 reps
Week 2: 3-4 sets - 15-30 reps
Week 3: 3-4 sets - 20-40 reps
Week 4: 3-4 sets - 25-60 reps
Week 1
- Start with Beginner Level 1
Week 2-4
- Add numbers of sets and increase the intensity
Week 5
- Start with Level 2, add or subtract sets according to personal preference.
Week 6
- Start with Level 3, add or subtract sets according to personal preference.
Week 7+
If you feel like your jaw can handle another level we recommend using Level 4. We do not suggest using this product before 6 weeks of warming up your facial muscles with our other 2 Levels.
Always do sets and reps that work best for you. Rest the face muscles as needed and take days off to recover muscles. Add sets and reps where you feel the need to. Mix up the workouts as desired. Use morning, afternoon, evening, and before bed: if needed add sets and reps for desired results
We suggest to chew TO the range of motion NOT through the range of motion for proper lasting. Be aware it is a small range of motion. Over chewing will result in products not lasting. Try static holds for added intensity.
